Bill Christen, President
Bill Christen is a distinguished professional public speaker and seminar leader with extensive experience in both the real estate and event entertainment industries. He was a featured speaker at the National Association of Residential Property Managers National Convention last year, highlighting his recognized expertise in the field. With over 30 years at the helm of his own DJ company, Bill has officiated and provided entertainment at hundreds of weddings, in addition to serving as a Master of Ceremonies and DJ for numerous corporate events. Previously, he was a member of the Florida Realtors Faculty, where he lectured nationally on real estate-related topics. Currently, he is an instructor at the largest real estate school in Florida, further solidifying his leadership in real estate education. Bill is also an active member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) and holds the prestigious Gold Standard Instructor Designation (GSI).
Grady DiGiovanni, Vice President of Operations
Hey there! I’m Grady DiGiovanni, the Vice President of Operations at APPS, where I make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine (minus the grease stains). I handle the behind-the-scenes chaos so our students can focus on becoming rockstars.
When I’m not juggling tasks, you can find me reading, finding the best new coffee shop in Orlando or probably trying to keep my cat off the counter. Let’s connect and swap some stories!
Ted Bogert, Guest Speaker
For over 30 years, Ted has been assisting professionals, business owners and families find efficient ways to utilize their resources and protect their assets in the insurance, mortgage and real estate industries. Ted’s current role is Business Development Manager at LeaderOne.
In 2017, Ted launched the eponymous podcast, The Ted Show! Community leaders, innovators, influencers, motivators, philanthropists and creators have all told their stories on Ted’s Show.
Ted is the co-creator of Ted’s Community, an innovative education, advocacy, eCommerce and mentoring platform, as well as a traveling speaker and emcee for a growing variety of organizations and conferences.
Ted is a business coach with Coaching 365 with a focus on self-development, team building, growth strategies and branding.
Ted graduated with a B.S. degree in Finance and Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Married for 33 years to his college sweetheart, the father of three beautiful children and two amazing grandsons, Ted truly enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Additionally, Ted’s belief in giving back to our community has him involved in many wonderful organizations like Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, Harbor House of Central Florida, Women’s Council of Realtors, The Lifeboat Project, One Heart For Women and Children and BASE Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation.
